The waiting time is far too long. Since I cannot access my old statements through the app, I had to reach out here instead. I was under the impression that the app was designed to save time and effort, but unfortunately, this has not been my experience.
Very slow service. Waiting more than 30 minutes to withdraw some money form the cashier
Staff not helpful busy for cell phone no answer I’ve been waiting for over an hour for assistance, but unfortunately, my issue is still not resolved. I did not receive any helpful support during this time.
