VERY POOR SERVICE. EXTREMELY SLOW HANDLING. UNFRIENDLY. EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE PAID BY THE PROCEEDS FROM THE VISITS OF HAJJ AND UMRAH PILGRIMAGES. VERY EMBARRASSING.
