The bank building is very nice and quiet, but it has non-serious employees. I think the manager should do his best to monitor the staff to care for visitors. It is not reasonable to open only one teller while visitors are more than ten, then more than half an hour is taken on one visitor.
The best hospitality and customer service I’ve ever experienced in this city, but on the other hand, the worst experience at the Sultana branch.
Very bad experience with the rude JB representative over here in this branch. He doesn't want to help the customers just because he can't speak English. I asked him to use Google translation but still he was very rude.
