Very poor service. The lady at the front desk has a very rude attitude, especially towards riders. The man wearing glasses kept talking with her and completely ignored the pending orders. Because of their unprofessional behavior, we had to wait more than two hours. Extremely disappointing.

The ambiance is so cool and magical. This is the biggest Piatto branch I have visited. The interior is cozy and elegant. It is an upstairs and downstairs restaurant. The Filipino crew members are kind, attentive, and helpful. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes to choose from.
