The service and manners were terrible. They were all complaining; one was yelling, another was trying to get any old haircut to get rid of customers, and a third went outside smoking in the middle of the barbershop. In the end, the manager kicked the customer out.
Honestly, this is my first time getting a haircut in Mecca, and I got a haircut with this guy named Ahmed. Honestly, he is a real artist and has very, very high morals. I advise you to deal with him, especially with the runway rights.
First, I would like to thank the reception staff for their excellent manners and for explaining the offers to me. I also thank the technician for replacing any faulty parts at any time. Please note that the technician, Ahmed Saghir, is very respectful and his work is excellent.
