From South Africa.. Atm took my card in Madinah..it took them 3 days to return it to me..after I had to call them 8 times. Bad service

I swear to God, this bank is a joke. The employees are all busy with paperwork, one of them on his phone, with absolutely no regard for the customer. To be fair, only Faisal was there and actually spoke to me and opened my account. The rest were completely unresponsive. I hope the bank's management…
